El futuro en verde
Pronto empezarán los training camps y tendremos ocasión de seguir las vicisitudes del equipo bostoniano una temporada más. La temporada que se abre para los Celtics será sin duda mejor que la pasada, aunque aparezca una vez más llena de incógnitas. Boston vuelve a la NBA con un equipo con más juventud, pero con bastante más experiencia y calidad que el año pasado. Algunas incorporaciones claves como Telfair o incluso Ratliff mejoran lo que había antes (Dickau, Lafrentz), mientras que el crecimiento de los jóvenes que entran en tercer y cuarto año o el año sophomore de Green y Gomes han de ser positivos. También los rookies tendrán algo que decir en la liga que se abre.
Mi opinión es que Boston, aunque quizás no ha llegado con los mejores movimientos mercantiles a la próxima temporada, sí que ha logrado dar un paso más, que le sitúa con mejores oportunidades, a pesar de las debilidades de siempre (descompensación, mal coaching, etc etc). Es por ello que el 50% de victorias esta al alcance del equipo, aunque ello dependerá una ve mñas de las prestaciones de los hombres interiores. Del mismo modo, la plasmación de los riesgos en lesiones puede dejar al equipo muy desasistido en la parte alta del juego y muy necesitado de refuerzos al cabo de pocos meses.
